Southwold carpets, Curtains & Blinds Ltd were in the local paper this month "The Southwold Gazette" "Colin Wells from local haberdashery company, Southwold Carpets, Curtains & Blinds Ltd. has produced a dust cover for The Southwold Sailors' reading room snooker table. The snooker table was given to the reading room 110 years ago for sailors, fishermen and the Southwold community. The table was made by Riley who originally made all the cloths, the last one being 35 years ago. The old worn cover at 35 years old was past its best, and the new one, being 14 x 8 feet was difficult to source, and Colin was keen to step in and help. The Reading Room is grateful to Colin for donating the new cloth.
